2. Accounts & Profiles
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Profiles must contain genuine details. Misleading, offensive or fraudulent content may be removed.
- Hello Star may approve, block or remove any account that violates these terms.
3. Bookings & Coordination
Hello Star acts as a coordinator between clients, celebrities and talent. All enquiries are handled by our team. Final terms of any engagement are agreed between the parties with Hello Star facilitating the arrangement.
4. Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the platform, share contact details to bypass coordination, post unlawful content, or attempt to defraud other users.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding and the Hello Star logo are the property of Hello Star. Profile media remains owned by the respective user, who grants Hello Star a licence to display it on the platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hello Star provides the platform on an "as is" basis and is not liable for disputes, cancellations or losses arising between users beyond our role as coordinator.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
